Can i connect Stlink v2 directly to the control board or do i need to use adapter from source robotics?

You will need to either:
A. use adapter: https://source-robotics.com/products/parol6-programming-adapter
B. Connect  your stlinks: 3v3, DIO, SWCL and GND to control boards 3v3, DIO, SWCL and GND pins
